Cost Analysis: Breakdown

I was asked if I would share the breakdown on the cost analysis of the garden I posted earlier and figured while I was at it, I might as well break down all the areas of the homestead in case anyone else was wondering what the specific costs were and how they cut corners. I’m sure this will be useful to me next year as well when I try to see where I had success or failure in our goal of reducing our costs for this year.

  1. I am wondering about vet costs for the raising of your animals? Also is this in american dollars? Lastly butchering costs…..do you pay someone for the slaughter
