Basic Overnight Sourdough Muffin Ferment
- 2 cups active sourdough starter
- 1 cup water
- 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ cup unbleached all purpose flour
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix really well. The dough will be very stiff.
- Cover with a cloth and allow to sit until morning.
